Making that Personal Connection with Your Detailing Clients

Making that Personal Connection with Your Detailing Clients

Author Jeffrey Gitomer has a wonderful quote I love: “Customer satisfaction is worthless. Customer loyalty is priceless”. I believe connecting with your clients is one of the most important elements in marketing your business.

When you connect, you lock in the emotional side of people, and you become far more than a detailer to them. When this occurs, you are at a level that makes a relationship bulletproof. Connection means long-term benefits for both you and your clients, which is something too many detailers fail to establish with their client base. Don’t make that mistake in your detailing business. Connect in a BIG way!
