I’ve said it for years, you have to make deposits, not just withdrawals. In simple terms, you have to give back. This applies to your relationships, community, church, industry, the associations you’re involved with and more. We’ve heard it before…

That mentality doesn’t work. In order to find success in life and make significant accomplishments, you have to have a giving mindset. Sure, when you are the new guy in group or organization, you need to take a little before you start to feel comfortable about giving back and making a meaningful contribution, but make sure you make that transition.
